Anthony Carabelli Jr.

Anthony currently serves as the Director of the Mercer County Office of Economic Development. In this capacity, he manages several County business programs including the Mercer County Business Lending Program, site selection services and the Mercer County Foreign Trade Zone. He oversees the Mercer County Division of Culture and Heritage, the Division of Housing and Community Development and the One Stop Career Center.
In addition, Anthony serves as a member of the Hamilton Partnership, the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Convention and Visitors Board, the Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Commission and the Trenton Downtown Association Board. He also volunteers as a Nottingham Little League Committee Member. Anthony manages and coaches at Nottingham Little League, flag football and travel baseball.
Anthony received his Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC, and Bologna, Italy, and his Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington, DC.
He currently resides in Hamilton with his wife, Sharon, and their two children, Dominic and Dante.
Rick Tighe

Rick has served on the Hamilton Township Council since 2018 and served as Council President last year. Rick is a financial professional with nearly twenty years’ experience.
Active in the community, Rick is past President of the Kiwanis Club of Hamilton, a local charitable organization which provides college scholarships to graduates of Hamilton’s high schools. He has volunteered with organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement.
Rick grew up in Hamilton and went to Hamilton public schools before attending McCorristin Catholic High School. He then attended Mercer County Community College and Columbia University.
Rick lives in the Abbott Commons neighborhood in Hamilton.
Charles "Chuddy" Whalen

Growing up in Hamilton Square, Chuddy learned the value of community service from his parents, Charles & Dorothy Whalen. His father, Charles served in the Korean War and was a volunteer fireman at Nottingham Fire Company. His mother, Dorthy worked for the Hamilton Board of Education in the accounting department.
A life long resident, Chuddy attended Hamilton Schools and was active in youth sports playing both football & baseball at Steinert as well as American Legion Baseball for Hamilton Post 31.
After high school he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 9 where he has worked for the last 43 years and currently serves as the assistant business manager.
Dedicated to giving back to his community, Chuddy has coached youth football & baseball including American Legion Baseball with Hamilton Post 31 where they participated in the American Legion World Series. He is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Div. 1 and in 2019 was selected to be the Grand Marshall of the Hamilton St. Patrick’s Day Parade an honor that his late father had in 1991.
Chuddy and his wife Susan have three children and six grandchildren.
